Breathe Stretch and Relax

Yoga Belt assisted stretching. No yoga belt, no problem.

You can use any long belt, scarf or even old pantyhose!

Belly Dance workout

 As one of the oldest forms of dance, the benefits of belly dance are undeniable! 
Belly Dancing promotes balance, strength, digestion, coordination and confidence as well as being a fun while toning up your belly (abdominal muscles or obliques)!
