I am SO excited to begin this journey with all of you! Throughout the next 6 weeks we will be embarking on an incredible adventure together. Each and every one of you has taken the first step in changing your life, and bettering yourself: You signed up! The next step is following through with the work. I will be here to guide you along the way, pushing you on days you need that extra ounce of motivation, and pulling you back on days you need to take that little extra time for yourself and rest/recover. As your Coach, I will be giving each of you personalized and individual feedback each week. I will be reaching out to you one-on-one, scheduling weekly calls where I check in with your progress, help keep you motivated, and give you everything you need to succeed this 6 weeks!

I will be doing a Zoom group meeting with you soon. I will create a poll for the best time. Please do your best to be at this meeting so that you can be aware of any and all things coming that week. If for some reason you cannot attend, no worries. I will post it in the group after the livestream is over, just be sure to watch it ASAP so you don't miss out 😉 (I can also email or text it)
